Instructor: Chef Jenn Robbins
Chef Jenn Robbins is an Atlanta native and veteran catering chef, with a passion for teaching culinary skills of all levels to others. She started cooking professionally while attending culinary school after graduating from the University of Texas at Austin. In Austin, and then upon returning to Atlanta, she worked for both Rathbun brothers – Kent and Kevin – learning basic, underlying professional kitchen operational skills in addition to cooking great food. Continuing in her Atlanta cooking career, Jenn went on to run the kitchen at Avalon, the noted Atlanta caterer, for 5+ years. She is now in the beginning stages of developing her own catering & prepared foods company with a truly local foods & minimal waste focus. When Jenn is not cooking for others, you can find her at any of the number of farmers markets around town – developing farmer relationships, cooking as a pop-up “restaurant,” or teaching others to cook.
